Day 2 of the church of the chubby challenge
Hello my loyal disciples! Day two went very smooth, but I ended up seeing an old friend for dinner so my diet wasn’t ideal at the end of the day however, the initial part of the keto reset diet isn’t super strict about your carb intake during the first 21 days (which is a big reason I selected Mark Sisson’s version of the keto diet. Outdoor workout:
45 minute walk
Workout:
Two warm up sets of 5-10 reps for each lift
Barbell Bench press 2x3
Barbell decline bench press 2x3
Push press 2x3
Dips 2x10
Weighted dips 2x3
Stretching
Meditation/ Visualization:
Meals:
Breakfast: 40 gram protein shake with blueberries and sardines
Second breakfast: 4 eggs and 4.9 Oz of antelope sausage
Snack: 2 Nature fuel Keto bars 14 grams of fat 7 grams of protein per bar 16 Oz of beef bone broth
Lunch: 1 lettuce wrapped cheeseburger with 11 Oz of beef, tomato, onion and mayonnaise.
Dinner: Smoked chicken, with baked beans, and potato salad (the last part probably put me over on my daily allowance of carbs, but I was a guest at dinner, and I am not trying to be a dick.)
