Day one of The Church Of The Chubby challenge
Hello my loyal disciples! Day one of the challenge went very well for me. It feels good to have goals to chase again. I am pretty exhausted so this post is going to be short. The plan is to post all of the fat that I am consuming since I am doing the keto diet I should have all that dialed in next week. I hope you all crushed Monday!

Workout:
Two warm up sets of 5-10 reps for each lift
Barbell back squats 2x3
Sumo deadlifts 2x3
Leg press 2x3
Barbell stiff leg deadlift 2x3

Breakfast: 40 gram protein shake
Second breakfast: 6 eggs
Lunch: 6.8 Oz of Sweet potato 2.1 Oz of antelope sausage
Dinner: 17 Oz ribeye 7 with 7.0 Oz of broccoli
