Hello my loyal disciples! This week has been very busy. I am very behind in my kettlebell swings. I am not going to give up on them. The plan is to double down. The battle against the chub rages on!

Outdoor workout: 

2 mile run! 

Total miles: 2

Goal: 6 miles 

Total swings: 2500

Meals:

Breakfast: 4 slices of Hawaiian pizza

Dinner: One plate of spicy chicken alfredo pasta & 2 beers
