Hello my loyal disciples! Finally made it to the gym, tomorrow I will be back to the grind of kettlebell swings. The battle against the chub rages on tomorrow! 

Outdoor workout: 

Pull ups  4x8

Seated face pull 4x8

Lat pull-down 4x8

Single arm dumbbell row 4x8 each arm

Dumbbell biceps curl 4x8

Standing biceps cable curl 4x8

Total miles: 0

Goal: 6 miles 

Total swings: 2500

Meals:

Breakfast: 6 Oz of rice with 6.1 Oz of chicken

Lunch: steak fajita burrito 

Dinner: half of a medium Hawaiian pizza
