Sunday Sermon!
Hello my loyal disciples! Alas it is time for my Sunday sermon! This will be kind of a shortened version of the sermon. I must say that I am very proud of myself. I was able to achieve my goal of getting 2500 kettlebell swings this week! This endeavor was filled with peril. I wanted to quit so many times, but I was able to fight my way through it. That said, some things did suffer. My diet was not ideal, but I will continue to work towards getting that under control. It is important not to dwell too much on one's failure. I am very proud of what I accomplished this week. I am going to use this victory as fuel. I now know that I can do very difficult things when I do not want to do them. David Goggins has always said that when your mind and body are starting to tire and you feel like giving up, you're only at 40 percent of what you are truly capable of achieving. I believe him, and you should too. We seldom tap into what we are capable of. My hope is that this upcoming week you will find out! No matter what you do in life do your best at it, and never fucking give up. The battle against the chub rages on tomorrow! May the church of the reign supreme!
