Hello my loyal disciples! This week is off to an excellent start, I hope all of yours are going the same way. I finally started my ab challenge today. The plan is to do abs 4 days per week for 20 minutes during my outdoor workout, and work up to 30 minutes followed by  15 minutes of continuous jump rope. I did not know the name of the ab exercises I completed, so that is why they are not listed below. That will not be the case on Thursday! The battle against the chub rages on tomorrow!  

Outdoor workout:

20 minutes of abs

5 minutes of jump rope 

20 minute walk 

Indoor workout:

Pull ups 4x12

Seated row 4x12

Lat pull down 4x12

Single-arm dumbbell row 4x12 (each arm)

Dumbbell biceps curl 4x12

Standing Biceps cable curl 5x10

Breakfast: 48 grams of whey protein, 1 banana

Second Breakfast: 5 Eggs (six just seemed like too many I might have to switch up my breakfast going forward.)

Snack: 1 can of sardines

Lunch: one 29 gram protein bar

Dinner: 6 oz. of beets 8.6 oz. of lamb
