Hello my loyal disciples! The more you can do good things and be an agent of kindness and positivity the better life you will have. I have been going through a lot of my writings from when I was in college. I found something interesting that I would like to share. There is a spectrum of humans that live on this planet, it is important to interact with all of them. Gay, straight, trans, homophobic, racist, black, white, yellow, brown, and all shades unlisted should be welcomed into your life. Whether they spread new knowledge to you or they are someone for you to educate. Simply put, spread love and positivity. 

Outdoor workout:

2.4 mile run with hill sprints

Indoor workout:

60 minute hot yoga class

Breakfast: 48 gram protein shake, 1 banana 

Second Breakfast: 4.2 oz. of beet root 5 eggs 

Lunch: 8.4 oz. of Brussels sprouts, bacon, and onion 5.6 oz. of antelope sausage 

Snack:4.1 oz. of sweet kale chopped salad 

Snack: 2 quest peanut butter cups (delicious would eat again!)  1 quest keto cookie (don’t even think about the cookie it will certainly lead to despair and disappointment.) 

Dinner: 5 oz. of duck, 4 oz. of greens
