Hello my loyal disciples! I still haven’t  found an ab routine yet! Tomorrow is the day :)

Outdoor workout:

50 minute walk 

Indoor workout:

Per usual do two warm up sets of 5 to 10 reps before getting into your working sets

Flat dumbbell press 4x12

Barbell incline press 4x12

Barbell Bench press 4x12

Rope press down 30,15,15,15 

Breakfast 48 gram protein shake

Second breakfast: 6 eggs 48 grams of protein

Lunch: 10.4 oz. of lamb and two 17 gram protein bars 

Snack: 40 gram protein shake

Dinner: 5.5 oz. of lamb 6.5 oz. of brussels sprouts, with bacon and half an onion
