Hello my loyal disciples! Things are starting to turn around. The temporary defeat will be ending in the next few days. I drove down to my house today and grabbed my food scale, and all my supplements! My base of operations has moved to Vancouver Washington at my lovely lady friend Jenn’s house. I should have my internet back by 2/23. I hope you all are still getting after it! The battle against the chub rages on tomorrow!
Outdoor workout:
4.5 mile walk
Indoor workout:
Barbell bench press: 4 warm up sets followed by 2x3 (heavy)
Barbell Incline 4 warm up sets followed by 2x3 (heavy)
Military press 4 warm up sets followed by 2x3 (heavy)
Close grip bench press 4 warm up sets followed by 2x3 (heavy)
Pec flys 3x15
Rope pull downs 3x20
Meals:
Breakfast: 6 eggs and one avocado
Lunch:40 gram protein shake, 1 apple
Snack: two 20 gram protein bars
Dinner: Zucchini Raman with 2 boiled eggs, pork, and bone broth
