Hello my loyal disciples! Things are still looking up, but I am still living a refugee lifestyle. I believe everyone reading this has collectively made the decision to climb mountains, or fucking move them. We are people with a purpose, we are humans  that will not be denied, and we will not accept defeat. We are all creating our own realities, and getting better each and every day. 2021 is our year and 2022 will be even better! The battle against the chub rages on tomorrow!

Indoor workout:

Hang cleans 3x7

Power cleans 3x5

Shoulder shrugs 4 sets to failure

Leg raises 3x15

Medicine ball crunches 

Breakfast: 6 eggs, 1 avocado

Snack: two 20 gram protein bars 

Lunch: carne asada burrito 

Dinner: 12 oz. of Teriyaki chicken with one bell pepper
