Spring training Day 12
Hello my loyal disciples! Today was day one of the 10,000 kettlebell swing challenge. My lower back and hamstrings felt great, but my forearms burned. It was horrible, but I am confident that they will hold up better tomorrow! The battle against the chub rages on tomorrow!
Workout: 500 Kettlebell swings
Breakfast 3.2 Oz of antelope sausage and 4 eggs
Lunch:Mixed green salad with an olive oil dressing and 6.2 Oz of lamb burger
Second Lunch: new mexico burrito from laughing planet (purchased no weight)
Dinner: Thai fried rice (purchased no weight)
