Hello my loyal disciples! I got a mile run in and a pretty damn good lift! The battle against the chub rages on tomorrow!

Total: miles ran 3.3
Goal: 6.0 miles
Meals:
Breakfast: 5.2 Oz of quinoa 5.2 Oz of beef liver
Lunch: 4 duck eggs with salsa and dollop of cream cheese
Second lunch:17 gram protein bar and one 7 Oz chicken Caesar wrap
Supper: shredded beef burrito
Workout:
Two warm up sets of 5-10 reps for each lift
Bent over rows 4x3
Weighted Pull ups 4x3
Barbell curls 4x3
Shoulder shrugs 4x5
