Spring training Day 8
Hello my loyal disciples! Today was a pretty good day, I was able to move a lot of weight during my lift and I have a few exciting opportunities coming my way. The battle against the chub rages on tomorrow!
Run Length: 2.3 miles
Total: miles ran 2.3
Goal: 6.0 miles
Meals:
Breakfast: iceberg lettuce and carrot salad
Lunch: steak Caesar salad with one hamburger slider and a few tater tots
Dinner: 10.7 Oz of quinoa 5 Oz of lamb and mixed green salad.
Supper: 1.5 cups of fried rice, and 12 Oz chicken with celery and onions
Workout:
Two warm up sets of 5-10 reps for each lift
Barbell bench press 4x3
Incline dumbbell press 4x3
Military press 4x3
Dips 1 set to failure
