Hello my loyal disciples! It has been a great and very long Monday. I hope you all got a little bit better today! I will talk with you tomorrow, the battle against the chub rages on!

Outdoor workout:

60 minute walk 

Indoor workout:

Two warm up sets of 5-10 reps per lift 

Barbell bent over row 5x4

T-bar row 5x4

Upright row 5x4

EZ bar curl 5x4

Meals: 

Breakfast: 6 eggs with 1 half onion, 1 banana 

Second breakfast: 48 gram protein shake, 1 banana 

Snack: two 17 gram protein bars 

Dinner: 3.6 oz. of ground turkey 8.1 oz. of rice
