Hello my loyal disciples! Resistance will find our weak spots and attack them. I believe Seneca was correct when he said we suffer more from imagination than reality. If you have not been to the gym today and you are reading this the time is now!
Outdoor workout:
60 minute walk (I rolled my ankle last week, but it is feeling better and I should be able to run next week!)
Indoor workout:
Neutral-grip pull up 2x10 followed by 4x8
Dumbbell seal row 4x8
Reverse grip Lat pulldown 4x8
Dumbbell bent over row
Smith Machine bent over row 4x8
EZ-Bar curl 4x8
Meals:
Breakfast: 4 eggs 7.4 oz. of white rice, and 5.3 oz. of antelope sausage
Second breakfast: 1 apple
Dinner: 1 Carnitas burrito with sour cream, and guac
