Day 75 of the 75 hard!!!!!

Hello my loyal disciples! Just like that I have completed my second, and last 75 hard. I will write more about this journey later this week. However, right now the plan is to crash. I have faced a lot more adversity towards the end than I anticipated, but I will get into that later this week! That battle against the chub rages on tomorrow! ( I am eating a doughnut tomorrow!) 

 Outdoor workout:

45 minute walk 

Indoor workout:

Barbell bench press 4x5

Push press 4x5

Decline bench press  4x5

Dip 2 sets to failure

Meals: 

Breakfast:17 gram protein bar

Second Breakfast: steak burrito 

Dinner: 12 Oz of plain yogurt with two tsp of almond butter and a little bit of honey
