Hello my loyal disciples! We all have power over our minds not outside events. There are very few things that we can control. However, we can control our attitudes, how we fuel our bodies, and how often we exercise. The battle against the chub rages on tomorrow!  

Outdoor workout:

60 minutes walk 

Indoor workout:

2 warm up sets of 5-10 reps 

Incline dumbbell press 5x10

Pec fly’s 5x10

Seated dumbbell shoulder press 5x10

Alternating Dumbbell front raise 5x10 (10 per side)

Cable overhead triceps extension superset with rope pull down 5x10

Meals: 

Breakfast: 5 eggs 4.5 oz. of ground turkey

Lunch: 6 oz. of rice 7.9 oz. of beef steak with onions and carrots 

Dinner: Chicken burrito
