Outdoor workout:

60 minutes walk 

Indoor workout:

Leg press superset with Leg curl 5x10

Front squat 5x10

Stiff leg deadlift 5x10

Meals: 

Breakfast: 6 eggs 

Lunch: 8 oz. of rice 7 oz. of chicken breast

Snack: 40 gram protein shake

Dinner: 12 oz. of egg flour soup
