Hello my loyal disciples! I finally finished the 10,000 rep Kettlebell challenge today. It feels fucking great! I will share more about some of the lessons this torturous endeavor taught me later this week. The battle against the chub rages on tomorrow!
Outdoor workout:
500 Kettlebell swings 10,000 out of 10,000!!!!!!
Indoor workout:
medicine ball sit up 4×10
leg raise on dip bar 3x15
4 way neck machine 4x14
pec fly’s on machine 3x15
Breakfast: 1 Banana 50 grams of whey protein
Second Breakfast: 5.0 oz. of vegetable medley: beet greens brussels sprouts .5 onion, sautéed with bacon, and 5.5 oz. of deer round of deer round steaks
Snack: 2.0 oz. or smoked salmon, cream cheese, and 2 pieces of pineapple
Lunch:4.0 oz. of turkey breast with cream cheese
Dinner:3.4 oz. of deer round 7.8 oz. vegetable medley: beet greens brussels sprouts .5 onion, sautéed with bacon
