Hello my loyal disciples! I finally got my internet back! 

Outdoor workout:

25 minutes of abs 

10 minutes of Jump Rope 

60 minute walk 

Indoor workout:

Pull-up 10 reps  followed 3x8

Seated row 2x8

Lat pull-down 2x8

Single arm dumbbell row 2x8

Dumbbell biceps curl 2x8

Standing Biceps cable curl 3x10

Meals: 

Breakfast:1 banana, 5.3 oz. of venison, and  4 eggs 

Second breakfast: 48 gram protein shake

Lunch: 3.2 oz. of venison 4.5 oz. of cauliflower rice

Meal: twenty gram protein bars 1 lettuce wrapped ⅓ hamburger with cheese, onion, tomato

Snack: 40 gram protein shake

Dinner: 7:4 oz. of rice
