Hello my loyal disciples! Still no internet, but I forgot I can use a mobile hotspot  from my cell phone so I am back to my laptop. Things are looking up!

Outdoor workout:

45 minute walk 

Indoor workout:

Arnold press 3x8

Dumbbell shoulder press 3x8

delt raise 3x10

cable delt raise 3x5

face pulls 4x10

Breakfast: 6 eggs

Lunch: 6 oz. of pork tenderloin and 4 oz. of cabbage

Dinner: 48 gram protein shake
