Hello my loyal disciples! There has been a nasty ice storm in PDX and has shut down the state. The gym has been closed for two days, so I have been forced to adapt. I have been working out in the garage. The silver lining to this is that I have been able to rest my quads.

Outdoor workout:

60 minute walk 

Indoor workout:

One arm Kettlebell swings 40 each arm 

Kettlebell swings 150 reps

Pushups 8x10

20 minutes of abs

15 kettlebell presses 

Breakfast: 6 eggs, 48 gram protein shake 

Lunch: 6.6 oz. of beets 4.8 of antelope sausage .5 avocado

Snack: 12 oz. of egg salad, and a 17 gram protein bar

Dinner: 5.9 oz. of elk backstrap 7 oz. of Brussels sprouts with bacon 

Snack: 17 gram protein bar
