Day 7 of the 75 Hard

Hello my loyal disciples! Today was a bit of a grind. I was dreading my 500 Kettlebell swings, but I was able to talk myself into doing it. One recurring issue that has been plaguing me this week is my lackluster second workout. This will be fixed by having a plan. I keep going to the gym with no plan. If you have no plan, you always fail. Below are the daily victories. Thanks for reading. I will chat with you all tomorrow. The battle against the rages on!
Outdoor workout:
500 Kettlebell swings
Indoor workout:
Curls with rope 3×20
barbell curls 3x10
preacher curls 4x7
single arm tricep pull downs 3x12
hammer curls 3x12
Meals:
Breakfast: 1 avocado, baby spinach, Arugula, and 2 tablespoons of Bolthouse Farms cilantro avocado dressing. 1 Banana and 2 Brats
Lunch: 2 protein bars total of 41 grams of protein, one cucumber
Snack: 1 brat with 1 avocado, and three tablespoons of peanut butter with some honey.
Dinner: Lamb shoulder chops and 1 cup of mashed cauliflower with bacon
