Hello my loyal disciples! We made it to the weekend. Today was pretty rough, all I wanted to do was lounge around and watch the stock market. But I was able to convince myself to get both workouts in. They were not the best, but I got the job done. That is all that matters. The battle against the chub rages on tomorrow! 

Outdoor workout:

500 kettlebell swings 8,500 out of 10,000 (I cannot wait for this to end)

Outdoor workout 

2.5 mile run with hill sprints 

Breakfast: 50 grams of whey protein 1 banana

Second Breakfast: 4.5 oz of antelope breakfast sausage one avocado 4 duck eggs

Lunch: 3 babybel mini’s two 21 gram protein bars, turkey breast with cream cheese 

Dinner: Chipotle steak salad
