Day 19 of the 75 hard

Hello my loyal disciples!  “Believe you can and you’re halfway there.” – Theodore Roosevelt. I am finally settling into the routine of the 75 hard. My daily tasks are beginning to come easier. My mood has been elevated lately. Tomorrow is going to be a great day. I hope that all of you are getting after it this week! I will chat with you guys tomorrow!

Outdoor workout:

500 Kettlebell swings 5,500 out of 10,000 I am over halfway finished!  

Indoor workout:

Barbell Bench Press 2 sets, 5-10 reps (rest 1 min.) followed by 4 sets, 3 reps (rest 3 min.)

Barbell Incline Press 2 sets, 5-10 reps (rest 1 min.) followed by 4 sets, 3 reps (rest 3 min.

Military press 2 sets, 5-10 reps (rest 1 min.) followed by 4 sets, 3 reps (rest 3 min.)

Abs 

Breakfast: 5 eggs, 1 banana, and 50 grams of whey protein 

Snack: 17 gram protein bar with Greek yogurt 

Lunch:5.2 oz. of lamb with 6oz of cauliflower rice

Snack: 20 gram protein bar, and a Lara bar 

Dinner: 3oz of Lamb with 8 oz. of cauliflower rice, and 50 grams of whey protein.
