Hello my loyal disciples! I got the first run in of 2021 today, and moved a decent amount of weight during my lifting session. It has been awhile since I have lifted heavy. I hit 405 for 3 and it felt pretty easy. The new program I am starting will force me to lift heavy for 16 weeks. I am very excited to see how I look and feel at the end.

Outdoor Workout:

Death hill sprints 

Indoor Workout:

(if you are going to do this workout add two warm up sets to each lift)

Barbell back squat 4x3

Barbell deadlift 4x3

Leg press 4x3

Barbell stiff legged deadlift

Meals:

Breakfast: Banana, 4.3 oz. of ground turkey with 6 eggs 

Lunch: 2 cups of spring mix salad and 4oz of lamb 50 grams of whey protein 

Dinner: 6 oz. and lamb and 7 oz. of sweet potatoes sautéed with bacon grease
