day 13 of the 75 hard

Hello my loyal disciples! One thing that has become glaringly obvious on this challenge is how much harder the second time around has been. The amount of commitments in my life are making it harder. The first time I did the 75 hard I did not have so much on my plate. That said, I am grateful for this growth in my life. However, I am not satisfied with giving minimum effort in the gym. The goal is to grow this winter, and be shredded by summer. This goal will not be reached by spending 45 minutes per gym session. The plan going forward is to knock out the kettlebell swings an hour before work so I don’t have to think about it during the day. I will give this a try tomorrow. That is all I have for you tonight. On Saturday I plan on doing a break down of all the supplements I am taking. The battle against that chub rages on tomorrow!
