Hello my loyal disciples! It has been far too long since I have posted anything, but that ends right now. I have been on vacation from the everyday stresses of life in the sun kissed land of Arizona! The trip was filled with plenty of debauchery. I think I may have partied myself out until next year. I wanted to write sooner, but the chub had a tremendous pull on me. I have enjoyed being on the sea food diet (eating everything within reach). I ordered a keto cookbook that should be arriving at my place tomorrow or the next day. I am a little bit behind schedule, but I will have a challenge for the Church by April 4th and I will be back to posting all of my meals and workouts everyday by April 5th. I am going to use this weekend to get organized and dialed in for this next chapter of personal development. That said, I was very surprised at the resistance that was flaring up in regards to getting me back on the right path. I hope that you all had a great week. I will chat with you all on Sunday!
Tuesday’s Lift:
Single arm triceps pulldowns 3x12
Triceps rope pull down 3x15
Overhead triceps extension 3x12
Cable rope curls 3x15
Barbell hammer curls 3x10
Barbell curl 3x10
Abs!
Thursday’s Lift:
Barbell front squat 4x12 superset with Dumbbell walking lunge 4x24 reps (alternating, 12 reps per side, rest 2 min.)
Barbell stiff-legged deadlift 4x12
Leg press 4x12
Friday’s Lift:
Incline dumbbell bench press 4x12
Machine chest press superset with Lying cable chest fly 4x12
Seated dumbbell shoulder press 4x12
Alternating dumbbell front raise superset with reverse pec-deck 4x12
Double arm triceps kick-back 4x12
Cable V-bar push down 4x12
