Hello my loyal disciples!  I think this leg workout was probably the most difficult leg lift of 2021 so far.The battle against the chub rages on tomorrow!

Outdoor workout:

60 minute walk 

Indoor workout:

Two warm up sets of  5-10 reps 

Barbell front squat 4x8  superset with Dumbbell walking lunge 4x16 8 reps per side 

Dumbbell Romanian deadlift superset with single-leg leg press 4x8 each side 

Seated leg curl 4x8 

standing calf raise 4x8

Breakfast: 48 protein shake with blueberries 

Second breakfast: 10.5 oz. of ground turkey, purple cabbage and one half onion

Lunch: 4 eggs, 1 can of sardines, and 1 40 gram protein shake 

Meal   40 gram protein shake 

Dinner: 11.2 oz. of lentil pasta and 10.1 oz. of lamb
