Day 2 of The 75 Hard

Workout one:

60 minutes of walking in the rain 

Workout two 

Chest:

4x25 pushups 

Bench Press 4x8

Decline Bench press 4x8

Incline Bench press 4x8

Chest flys on pec-deck 3x10

Meals:

Breakfast:

2 Bananas, 6 eggs with .25 onion

Coffee with 1 tablespoon of butter, 1 tablespoon of MCT oil, 1 teaspoon of pine pollen,

1 teaspoon of chaga mushroom extract powder.

 Lunch:

Baby spinach and Arugula with 2 tablespoons of  Bolthouse Farms  cilantro avocado dressing.

Elk Roast 

50 grams of whey protein 

Dinner:

Grass Fed hamburger mixed with purple cabbage, and onion.

50 grams of whey protein

I am thinking that I will purchase a food scale so everyone reading this will have some frame of  reference for the quantity of food I am consuming. But until I get it I will be uploading pictures of my meals starting tomorrow. Furthermore, I will also be providing a breakdown of all of the supplements I am taking, and why I load my coffee with so much stuff.
