Hello my loyal disciples! The hike was much longer than expected. I am not going to be able to break down all of the supplements I am taking on this post. However, the hike was excellent, but there was a lot of fog so the views were not as majestic as we hoped they would be. 


Outdoor workout: 

7 mile hike 

Indoor workout:

500 kettlebell swings 4,500 out of 10,000

Meals: 

Breakfast: 6 eggs with green bell pepper, red onion, half an avocado, and one slice of cheese.

Lunch: 2 protein bars

Dinner: Steak wrap, lettuce, corn, onion, black beans, and sweet potatoes fries 

Snack: 1 apple and peanut butter
